Parents are reminded that owing to pupils with severe nut allergies, items containing nuts are not permitted at school and will be confiscated.
Items include, but not exclusively:
Staff are directed to remove such items.
Even the slightest contact with nut products can cause serious anaphylactic reactions, which can result in death.
Parents are requested to be respectful of this rule and consider the risk held to others
