Ofsted Inspection
I would like to pass on my thanks for all those making a valued contribution to the school’s Section 5 (Full) Ofsted inspection on Tuesday and Wednesday. Many of you took the time to speak to the inspectors, complete the online feedback and send written information.
Several of you have asked staff and myself for information on the outcome. The Ofsted Section 5 process requires a degree of quality assurance steps that can take up to 28 days. Until such a time I am bound to confidentiality regarding the outcome. As soon as the outcome is verified, I will let you know.
For now, all I can tell you is that the inspection was extremely thorough, analytical and comprehensive in its application. The pupils, governors and staff worked hard to evidence the school improvements undertaken over the last three years and as a result the process and outcome was a positive one.
I will provide a copy of the full report and official outcome once it has been completed and verified by Ofsted.
