Our wonderful new Wellbeing Champions worked with Changing Lives to learn about what wellbeing is and how to be a good Wellbeing Champion!
It's World Mental Health Day on Thursday so Mrs Forte did an assembly all about looking after our mental health! Don't forget to wear yellow on Thursday!
Today we had a Discovery Squad assembly about choosing to be kind and show love!
Changing Lives delivered transition assemblies to all the children today. They talked about how we can handle our feelings at times of change. Here are the slides to revisit with your child if you wish.
It was wonderful to see the incredible range of ways the children have expressed themselves through art during our second competition. The theme was spring time festivals. Four worthy winners received a certificate and prize and everyone who entered won a HUGE 50 RESPECT tickets! Well done everyone!
The Wellbeing Champions presented a brilliant assembly to the rest of the school, all about their roles and how they can help others. They acted out the four zones of regulation, taught everyone some self-regulation techniques and shared their poster and peg projects.
This week we've had workshops with a chef who told us all about healthy vegetables. We tried soup and bread.
Chill Skills - final week. Blowing bubbles and nature art
